Coastal Cul-De-Sac, Centrally Located Monterey Peninsula Home

  • This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood in the sunbelt area of the Monterey Peninsula. It is centrally located near all of the world renowned tourist destinations the area has to offer, including the Laguna Seca Raceway, Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel by the Sea, Carmel Valley wineries and Pebble Beach. Big Sur is just 45 minutes south along the beautiful Highway 1 coastline.

    After a day of exploring the Peninsula come to a home where you can put your feet up and create memories with your family and friends!

    This home comfortably accommodates six guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full-size bed. The kitchen/dining room has an open concept with French doors that open to a patio area that is perfect to enjoy an evening cocktail and outdoor dining. The Monterey Airport, groceries, fuel and restaurants are minutes away.

Very convenient location. Great communication with owners. Cute neighborhood. The owners have thought of everything you might need to enjoy your stay. The fresh flowers, wine, and snacks were a lovely surprise upon arriving. We loved the private patio with twinkle lights. Comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, and a very informative welcome manual. We’ve stayed at many vacation houses over the years, and this one is by far the best.

3 Greenock was home away from home

Thank you, Frank and Jeannette! Our vacation to Monterey wouldn’t have been so wonderful if we didn’t have such a clean, quiet, cozy, and perfectly situated home to return to.
