"We came as a group (12) and many of the rooms were absolutely disgusting. We had to have them come in and actually clean them. There was a crack pipe in the parking lot. Trash everywhere. Staff wasn't helpful at all. Laundry room had standing water all over it with just a sign that said wet floors. No one had tried to clean it up."
