「Staff was great, the view from our room was amazing the music in the bar was enjoyable We would definitely return」

「Everything was great except the check in. They were too slow and couldn’t get our room ready even by 4 pm which is the check in time.」

「I have chosen to stay at the Portola Hotel for five consecutive years, and it is always exceptionally pleasant. The location is absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is safe and scenic, making my morning and evening strolls highly enjoyable. A special highlight this year was spotting wild sea otters near the hotel for the first time. It has truly become my go-to hotel in Monterey, and I already look forward to returning.」

「good」

「Very good 」
