"This is an older, but well-maintained property. The rooms are much bigger and better equipped than the equivalently-priced business or tourist hotel. "Great central location for Peace Park, and hundreds of bars and restaurants nearby, but hotel itself is on a quiet street. Very thoughtfully designed apartments, with all you could need for a long or short stay.
There is demolition work next to the hotel at the moment, September 2025, but we weren’t bothered by it in the front room (there are just two rooms per floor), but it might be worth checking with the management about it if you can’t book a room at the front (rooms ending 01)"
