"Location was great. Very close to street cart or train you can take directly from the Hiroshima Station to the hotel. I felt it was centrally located.Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and beds were very firm, if you like that, great. I didn’t care for it. Hotel is a little outdared but it didn’t bother us, just thought I would mention it. Hotel gives you tokens you can use for snacks or drinks at the bar. A nice touch. Laundry room was small but I was able to get in to wash two loads and you don’t need to buy detergent. Restaurant at hotel offered a great buffet. Restaurant open for lunch and dinner. We enjoyed our stay. Hiroshima was great. "

The front desk ladies were always smiling, polite, and respectful. Another good thing to mention is that the hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from Hiroshima Station, and surprisingly, it isn’t noisy."
