"Great hotel near all the Hiroshima sites and public transport. Excellent sized room, bathroom sizeable (for Japan standards), adequate hot water all the time, great wster pressure. Breakfast was amazing with their selection of a cooked meal, along with an extensive buffet. 14th floor bar and reception was great and in the afternoon/ evening they had canapes which were redeemed using coins provided upon check-in. A really nice touch. Great stay!"

Very friendly, sweet, talkative attentative, and her english was perfect!! She was a pleasure to chat with. The girls at the bellman counter were great as well, they were very busy but very efficient and very courteous!"

"We had a great stay in Hiroshima. VIAINN is only 5 minutes from Hiroshima station. The rooms are clean & the staff very courteous & helpful. Hiroshima is a major station so all the shop’s & restaurants are there for travellers convenience."
