"We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. "The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

"Great location if you want to be close to Shinjuku, but not deal with the noise and the people. The hotel is hooked on the underground walkway to Shinjuku station, which is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. There are multiple restaurants in the building and two convenient stores and if that’s not enough right around the corner is a 7-11 the rooms are standard size for Japan. We were on the 23rd floor during an earthquake and the building stayed intact. No complaints."
