"Breakfast quality is great. It was enjoyable and relax to have the breakfast. The laundry service is also excellent to provide free of charge laundry. The location of the laundry is nearby the lift and like another lounge to do the laundry with coffee. The good thing is providing the smart pack"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was very efficient. The room and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and other amenities were wonderful. When in the room, one needs to put a room key or card into a slot near the door to keep lights, outlets and power working.We recommend keeping a card in the slot at all times, especially if multiple people are staying in the room because if the card is removed by a guest to leave the room while other in-room guests are still sleeping, the power will cut off. When the card is reinserted, the lights default back to bright, which may awaken the in-room guests. Overall, a wonderful stay in an excellent location."

"Amazing stay for my first time in Osaka. The hotel was amazing and well maintained and the staff was unbelievably helpful. They made luggage transfer to Tokyo an absolute breeze. They have laundry facilities on the third floor as well as an ironing and steaming room. Will definitely use them again when I come back to Osaka."

"Great rooms - plenty of space for 3 travellers (even 1 more as both beds were queen size in our room). Location is 10mins walk from nearest station and about 12mins from nearest convenience store, but very happy with the stay. Seemed like a very safe area. Easy and regular access to Universal City and the city train lines. Smart TV so we could use Netflix, and lovely views of the city (we were on L12). Great kitchen facilities (including fridge) and bathroom. We unfortunately ‘walked thru’ the screen door of the property as it was difficult to see at night and we are not use to them. The hotel was very understanding and easy to communicate with about the damage, and repairs costs charged were reasonable."

"Everything is great such as located beside ICAT for easy transfer from kix to hotel. The public bath is also great. The only downside nothing to do with hotel, is users of washer and dryer do not collect their items on time and so others couldn't use it."
