"A good location hotel. Near transport points ( taxi stand and train stations), shopping areas. Take taxi to Osaka castle within 15min and around Yen 1900. Except room toilet is small. And hotel toilets at lobby level only a few."

They provide enough good quality towels for everyone. They even give have a tooth brush and tooth paste to every family member. Our room had a washer and dryer and they even provided the laundry detergent. We forgot our credit card on the counter ant the self check in and they locate us and return it to us. We are very happy.
