「The property was nothing short of exquisite in detail, decor, landscaping, and service. Because of prior bad experience at a different finger lake resort, the staff was especially accommodating for our repeat anniversary dinner.」

They sold the hotel the day before we got there and there was only one staff member on duty. She was wonderful.
