「This is an adequate place to stay. The room is small and there is no ability to cook other than the microwave. There is a refrigerator but no freezer. The bathtub took a long time to drain after use. But....it is close to the beach and a nice ABC store and it is ideally located to explore the island.」

「Everything was great! Only suggestion is to update the information book. The directions for the tv are for a completely different remote and several of the suggested restaurants are no longer in business. Other than that it was all very enjoyable.」

「The condo was well maintained, within walking distance to shopping and dining, has sunrise/ocean views, and direct access to the beach with loungers and outdoor pool/spa. Small kitchenette and flaky TV/AV remotes were the only minor issues. Had a wonderful time!」

「Aston Islander is in a wonderful location. Easy access from the airport, very to close to good restaurants, shopping, and of course the beaches. We stayed in unit 245, having stayed at the islander before, the rooms seem pretty much the same. This unit had two small refrigerators which was quite convenient. Second floor balcony is a good blend of view and privacy. The only mild issue was that the balcony was not swept and was quite sandy, but luckily there was a broom and dust pan in unit. We...

「Really enjoyed the condo, swam in the ocean every morning, loved listening to the waves as we went to sleep (even though there was the crow of Roosters too) Needed to buy sponges to clean but that is my only complaint😀」

「The TV was impossible to figure out even with the multiple instructions. There isn’t a HDMI2! We didn’t care too much as we don’t watch a lot of TV but you need better instructions for the next guest.」

「The property is neat and clean! It is a little older but well maintained. Nice pool with a bar that opens at 3PM. BBQ grills available for cooking. The location is central to the Island and close to Costco and Walmart. Plenty of restaurants near by. This rental 309 has a patio that overlooks the pool and ocean. Most enjoyable!」

「Overall I give this one an 8 staff is great location okay noise level 5 Short walk to the beach. View is pretty good. A few things didn't work. Or we're missing. But I was told by the property manager. They are working on those. The central coast is great As far as getting around the island. But the road noise and sirens. Might be a bit much for some. 「We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described, when we entered we were greeted with beautiful fresh tropical flowers and lovely Hawaiian treats. The ground floor unit has a walk out lanai where you can have your feet in the sand in seconds, and a nice foot bath to wash the sand off your feet was a great touch. The studio condo is nicely decorated with a tropical flair. There is air conditioning, which we didn’t use, but many like having it as an option. There were chairs,...

「We loved that the unit was oceanfront and we could watch the sunrise every morning. Wish there was a small dishwasher though so we didn’t have to do everything by hand. But the room was well kept and nicely decorated and very comfortable. Thanks for the chocolates! 」

「This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha.」

「This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.」
