Location, location, location! Top level, Oceanfront, Beach within steps, 2 Minute walk into Old Town Kapaa, next to the Kauai's Coastline Bike Path (Ke Ala Hele Makalae ) and A/C!
This privately owned Gem features a large waterfront Main bedroom w/ King size bed and recently remodeled (2024) en-suite bath, a second bedroom w/ King size bed and full hall bath, PLUS an Upstairs LOFT featuring 2 Twin beds and a Queen size pull-out couch.
The minute you walk in you will be mesmerized by the sweeping views of the Coconut Coast. Enjoy morning coffee on the Lanai and let your cares float away!
Located at the Pono Kai Resort on 12 lush acres that includes a pool, hot tub, Pickleball/Basketball/ & Tennis courts, lawn games, putting green, BBQ facilities, and an on-site Concierge service to book island activities. Beachfront outdoor showers to rinse off the sand and common laundry room. Plus an Elevator and plenty of free parking (2 spaces available) Not only will you have superior views, the benefit of being on the top floor means no pesky neighbors above!
As our second home we have made it comfortable w/ Casper beds, a super well- equipped kitchen and even beach accessories! This is our Paradise and we hope you will like it too!

Beau séjour, en groupe, (6 personnes de ma famille et amies). L’appartement est grand, très propre, bien situé, et dispose d’un garde robe bien garni en équipements de plage (palmes, tubas, chaises, parasols, etc). La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée aussi. L’arrivée s’est très bien passée. Nous avons apprécié la proximité du village et de la piste multifoncionnelle. Bref, un magnifique séjour! La seule chose qui nous a un peu manqué c’est d’avoir plus d’espace sur le balcon. Il est bien meublé et 6 personnes peuvent s’assoir mais c’est trop coincé pour pouvoir manger à 6 dehors.

Walk Right outside to beach and walking path. Nice balcony to enjoy view w coffee in the am to watch sunrise. Very casual place and easy to walk to local shops if you are looking for laid back place. They had everything we needed for beach from cooler to chairs.

Our family had an excellent stay. The property is beautiful, well maintained and equipped. Beds were really comfortable. The view is amazing and worth the stay alone. The hosts are top notch. Would love to stay here again next time we're in Kauai!

We loved our stay and the condo was perfect for our family. The view from the lanai is stunning! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything no needed. The hall closet was stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, snorkels and so much more. Brooke and Betsy were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at Pono Kai. First time in this unit. Really enjoyed this two bedroom with a loft. Lots of amenities. Comfy beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Great owners. Would love to return. Indeed, my daughter is lobbying for me to buy a unit. That’s high praise!

This was a great place to stay! Great views of the beach right off the balcony, walking distance to downtown Kapaa and very clean. They even provided beach towels and beach gear. Would stay again!

This property was exactly what we were looking for in our Kauai vacation. The condo was beautiful and clean with lots of room. the kitchen was well stocked. The view was breathtaking! We had coffee every morning watching the sunrise.The location of the condo is great! it is walking distance to so many great things- coffee, food trucks, fresh fruit stand... We will definitely be back. Thanks to Brooke and Betsy for allowing us to stay!

The view from the condo can't be beat! The bicycle path was wonderful for walks and people watching. January offered an opportunity to watch whales breaching. We had a great time and hope to return to beautiful Kauai!

We had an absolutely amazing experience in this perfect Kaua’i condo. It exceeded expectations on every level. The ocean view and sound made every moment feel like paradise. Comfy, clean condo in a resort complex with much on offer! Roll out the front door and down the stairs and you are steps from the sand and good swimming or from strolling and exploring oh-so-Kauai Kapa'a town. And, lots of beach gear in the closet to use!

Loved our time here. Great central location to beaches, food and relaxation. Condo worked well for six of us. Common use/shared coin operated washers and dryers only slight inconvenience for the trip. Wonderful grounds. Lots of games to play and opportunities through the activities center. What a beautiful condo for our family of 6 adults to stay in. Had more than enough room for everyone. It is well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and for the beach. The condo is furnished very nicely and very comfortable. The grounds of the complex were lovely and we made use of the pool and hot tub. The bike walking path in front is great for renting a bike and taking in the views along the shore. The hosts Betsy and Brooke responded very quickly before our arrival and during when I had questions. They quickly fixed the concerns we had with the aircon in no time. I would highly recommend this unit and hosts Betsy and Brooke for your stay !
