"Nice place. Property up keep has gone down since our last visit. We had to call house keeping every day to ask for more towels or coffee because the right amount wouldn’t be left after their visit. There is a 30 minute policy around the pool. If you leave your sun lounger for longer than 30 mins they would take away your items and towels. Whilst I understand this policy, it doesn’t even give you time to get lunch. Which means you have to pay for the very expensive food onsite. "

"The view was great, most of the staff was great, the complementary welcome drink was a nice touch and the beds were comfy. But… 1) the rug in the room was disgusting. 2) the front desk was slow and did not do a good job handling the check in (it wasn’t that busy) 3) $55 a day to self park on top of the daily resort fee is completely ridiculous. I won’t be going back to this hotel. "

"The room was beautiful. Continental breakfast was like a full breakfast, many choices and delicious. Very relaxing pool area with many covered resting areas. The elevator needs updating and was not very responsive. Close to some small restaurants around the corner and also Port Everglades."
