「Loft room was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and modern. Great to unwind with the family after a long day of walking around West Lake. The location isn’t the best for access to the lake. Breakfast and lounge were also really great. Would recommend if you plan on staying several days. 」

「Le personnel est toujours prêt à vous aider. La chambre est moderne et carrément connecté. L’entrée de l’hôtel est sur la rue piétonne impériale, ce quartier historique est très beau, le métro est à 300m sortie D. Bon petit déjeuner buffet avec plats chinois , croissants pain, beurre et confiture pour ceux qui mangent pas chinois, il y a aussi des fruits frais, le café est bon. Je recommande cet hôtel.」

「海外からの宿泊客が皆無なので、英語は通じません。なんとか翻訳アプリでコミュニケーション取るしかないです。みなさん中国語でガンガン話しかけてきますが、喋れないとわかると去っていきます。受付は親身になってくれるのでよかったです。」

「It was quite difficult finding this hotel. Hopefully, clearer directions with pictures showing the way to the hotel ground floor entrance or to the 5th floor hotel lobby can be provided for guests booking this hotel. Other than this, the room was very comfortable and large which I liked very much. It was close to the mall below with lots of options for just about everything you need.」
