"This is a very strong hotel if you are in town for a couple of days and need a reliable and comfy business hotel. It doesn't have a lot of thrills but the room was big enough, the wifi was good and the bathroom was clean. The hotel doesn't really have any relaxation ammenities but the sister hotel (crowne plaza) has a pool which you can use (you have to pay) and a good lounge bar. The location is ok as it is right next to a main road but there is not a lot in the surrounding area to the hotel."

"The hotel location is quite close to West Lake (Xihu), near hotel quite a lot of local restaurant, the hotel is quite close to xinhua book store, from Hangzhou East Station quite close with taxi. The hotel staffs are nice but they only speaks mandarin."

"Overall quite satisfactory for the price paid. The staff was friendly, helpful. They help the big group of us get taxis and provided luggage storage after checkout so that we could continue our visits till departure time. They also shared useful tips on good food nearby. The rooms were reasonable for the prices paid. The apartment location was great for visiting Westlake and surrounding attractions. Will recommend this Service Apartment to any visitor to Westlake."
