"Staff is very hospitable and friendly.. The young lady helped with our transfer to Hengdian which was out of the distance. The breakfast provided was good too. It is also within walking distance of Xihu, Leifeng Pagoda and the Hangzhou Zoo."

Breakfast is made for you once you come down. So it’s nice and fresh. Only down size is the rooms have thin walls. So once breakfast starts 7.30am we will be woken up. "We love to stay at this homey hotel when coming to Hangzhou. It s situated in the great area of “slow life” concept in the inner street so it is more private and quiet. "

"The information on bookers is incorrect, and I spent a fruitless 3 hours trying to find this place in Hangzhou city. The text information doesn’t square with the address. Equally the map shows a false location. There is, I believe, a scam going on here, and ebookers are refusing to do anything about it. The text description and the map shows a hotel location in downtown Hangzhou. The street address however is 50km outside the city. There is an actual Utea Guesthouse...BUT NOT IN HANGZHOU CITY....
