"We had a nice overall stay and would stay here again. The one issue was that we arrived shortly after the 4:00pm check-in and the room still wasn’t ready. They said they were short staffed. This is understandable, but we would have appreciated being notified in advance. Had we known, we would’ve checked-in after our dinner plans in NYC rather than before since the wait time delayed us."

"I had an excellent experience at the Canopy Hilton in Jersey City! I am typically very picky about hotels, and I was booked this hotel for a work trip, so I was unsure. However, I can confidently say that this hotel was not only very clean but everything was super up-to-date. The amenities were great with a Nespresso in the room, bottles of water available, a steamer available, huge bath towels/bath sheets, and good hygiene products to use. The staff was also very nice! I had an omelet for breakfast with an iced latte and it was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again when in Jersey City."
