My son and I booked one week in November and we were absolutely pleased first and foremost with the staff, always so pleasant and eager to make our stay the most exceptional. These staff members would greet us from afar, every single time, with great big enthusiastic smiles , hellos, and buenos dias. I saw the staff accommodate non Spanish speaking tourists wonderfully. Great hotel

It's a great property. It's a little bit off the beaten path. Ubers are pretty cheap from here. If you have done an all inclusive and are ready to step out a little bit into more of a real Mexico vibe without having to worry about safety concerns and the hustle of PV this is probably your place.

Very nice newer hotel. Best Hampton Inn that I ever stayed in. Breakfast is great! AC works really well. Important this time of year. Relaxing pool.

One of the best hotels ive stayed at. Not alot of breakfast places in the area open, so id recommend getting the breakfast deal.

What a place! I have stayed at many other nice and fancy places and nothing compares to this place. Grand Vellas is on a whole other level. The service is amazing. Eric Santana was amazing! He was our concierge. Two of their restaurants should be michelin rated. Thats how good they are!!! I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean,and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach.Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. It was a great family resort for a week long stay. Safe location for our older teens to enjoy family time and freedom

We booked the room last minute after traveling all day. It was conveniently close to the airport. We hadn’t eaten all day and we ordered room service. They were quick and the food was great. We were very happy with our stay

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

The customer service imakes you want to come back the staff goes above and beyond I would totally recommend this hotel the food was better than good . We got the VIP wristbands and they are totally worth it . I can’t say enough good things about this place .

We stayed foe a week and enjoyed it. The food options are well above average at each restaurant and the Fresca Cafe was awesome for snacka, treats and light breakfast. Shout out to Gabriel for great poolside service and care and to Alex, for making great pizzas and conversations. Be aware that all rooms are connected, ao if your neighbors are loud, it will suck. Also, they only serve 2 beers, which is really bad and should change.

The staff is terrific from check in to check out. Very attentive and friendly. I thought the food was very good, varied and always available. We mostly visited the buffet, my husband prefers this over the dining experience. The restaurants were open air it was very warm for dinner reservations. Pool and bar staff were great. I highly recommend floating out in the bay, warm water, gentle waves, so relaxing. I do believe the pools are due for an update as the tiling is worn and missing in some...

This is my second stay here, and I knew last year I would be back. The staff are super friendly and always greet with a smile. The pool is clean, the decor is happy, and it is a quiet place to stay. Excellent location for the beach, food, and as a solo woman traveling..very safe! I feel looked after here. Many thanks to Omar and this lovely staff...hasta la proxima!!

Great property. Be aware you will need to speak Spanish to have a seemless experience, but English was spoken for those still practicing. The deluxe suite was nice, but could use repair (Jacuzzi, leaking sink), more accurate pictures of the room, and a warning about noise. The street traffic is loud and earplugs are recommended. The AC worked well. Would stay again, this time with earplugs.

The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items.
