"Lobby elevators were not clean. Rooms not updated with barely functional. Paint. Covered over and over. Phones ancient non functional. TV in room did not work. I had to change rooms and then entry card did not work. Front staff not well trained in customer service "

"I went with my kids and husband, and overall we had a good time here. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The pool was great; my kids spent most of their time there during our stay. The food in the restaurant was good, too. If anything I would say the elevator needs to be replaced and a few other things that are getting updated. "
