"The elevator was out our entire trip. My 91 year old father had to take the stairs up and down to and from the room. This limited his ability to fully enjoy our trip because he avoided going on most of our outings. At least the front desk was able to move our room one flight down."

"The condo is beautiful, with gorgeous views, lovely decorating, and everything we needed. We spent a much-needed moms' weekend sleeping in and luxuriating in being responsible for only ourselves. We went hiking at the beautiful Smith Mountain Lake State Park, checked out the local vineyards, used the hot tub, and even got pedicures. February is definitely the off season, but it meant we had the building to ourselves and didn't have to wait at any restaurants! The fireplace wasn't operating, but that didn't impact our stay. Thank you!"

"The website showed pictures of a balcony with a lakefront view. We had neither we didn’t even have a window to look at as the window was covered in a room that was right next to the main entrance of the building so we got to hear people in and out all night and all morning the refrigerator made a lot of noise as it sits a foot away from the bed overall, I will not be telling anyone to come here this was the worst experience I’ve had with this company "

"We had a wonderful stay at Heron Point. It was January and I knew it would be cold, so having a hot tub, a game room and a theater were high on our list. Heron Point did not disappoint. With 8 adults and 7 children (ages 2-14) there was something for everyone. The home was spacious and clean, the theater, game room and hot tub were spectacular, and the host was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend!"
