「We spent a week here as a family of five (kids ages 7.14 and 17) and unfortunately would not return. Despite advertising 15 pools, there is nowhere to escape the constant noise. Loud music, water aerobics and entertainment play throughout the day, right up until 11pm and can be heard across much of the resort. Even the water park has music blasting all day. If you want a peaceful holiday, this is not the place. Our biggest issue was cleanliness. On arrival our room had clearly not been cleaned...

Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. Main Property is beautiful but there is large parts of the hotel grounds which seems to be a building site/abandoned. I see now why they offer to drive you to gym/spa/indoor pool area! 「Room was cleaned well everyday, the staff were lovely and attentive - they remember everything down to our daily breakfast drinks order. Nothing is ever a problem. The free shuttle to the town is great and always on time. The outdoor pool is massive and refreshing in the hot weather, with an indoor pool if required. Gym was a good size and had a good variety of equipment. Lots of options for food and drink」

「The dining room did not have tea & coffee and they only had one juice dispenser. There is no kettle or coffee & tea in the room There is no iron or ironing board in the room They need a new soap in the bathrooms the current one smells funny. Dont forget to ask for your pool towels when you check in as no one will ask you.」
