"スタッフの方々は、とても親切ですが 玄関のスリッパなど　いろいろと乱れてます せっかく良い温泉のお湯なのに もったいないです。 頑張って掃除して下さい。"

"If your goal is to get as remote as possible, this is the place for you. It’s an adventure to get to, but when you get there, the remote location provides a tranquility that is second to none. Wonderful experience."

"I think very few gaijin go this far out. Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture. " Excellent "

"The food, atmosphere, and super friendly staff definitely make this place to return to. Staff was always friendly and very, very accommodating even with our limited Japanese vocabulary. Definitely the highlight of our trip for sure!"

"Everything about the accommodation was excellent, especially the staff! Despite the communication struggles, they were very helpful and provided great service during my stay. The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time. "nice hotel"

"The Yunomori onsen ryokan was one of the best places I've ever stayed at. The Kaiseki breakfast and dinner was incredible and the staff were 10/10 amazing. We had an in-room onsen and it was perfect. The entire place was clean and incredibly cozy. I would absolutely recommend Yunomori to anybody! It's a short walk to Yuno Lake nearby and also some beautiful waterfalls. I highly recommend this place to stay in Nikko. It was a very special experience for us. "

"Very nice hotel with a great location!"

"A delightful place to stay in beautiful Nikko! Rooms were spacious and clean, with amazing views of the lake. Amenities were very nice; the onsen was beautiful and the food was delicious! And the staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely breakfast. Clean room. "

"夕食がどれも美味しく、生ビール、ワイン、会津の日本酒飲みくらべを堪能しました｡ 飲み物がどれもリーズナブルでチェックアウト時びっくりでしたー また行ってみたいペンションでーす。"

"A very nice onsen hotel. The room was spacious, the bath was nice. Ample parking. The location was great."

"部屋の清掃以外はとても良かったです"

"The room smelled like it had been smoked in for 20years, the bathroom wasn't great and had some mold presence. The room felt really outdated in general compared to the hotel which looks great when you first come in ! Breakfast was good, and staff really nice. Great location next to the nightlife and the temple is within walking distance !"

"Perfect convenience to Station and bus to Toshu-gu. Nice, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and fine indoor/outdoor hot spring options."

"We had nice stay, the onsen is amazing and the food definitely interesting! "

"Spotless room, great staff!"
