Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture. "Hotel had everything and was conveniently located 50 steps from bus stop you need to see everything around the area. Really like their locker system for leaving luggage after check out without having to worry about front desk being available after returning from sight seeing. Staff super friendly and nice. "
