「The booking stated that min age requirement is 18. Once room was booked, I received a contacted that stated you have to 25 to check in. I tried to cancel right way they would not cancel my booking with a refund due even though they misrepresentation of age requirements. I message several times with no response from the hotel; I went through dispute with Expedia and got no response from them either after they reached out to hotel also. 「The condo was clean with just a touch of wear and tear on the flooring from my stay in 2022. The condo needs a better can opener. The location is perfect for trips to Freeport, hiking in the state forest and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. 」
