「The booking stated that min age requirement is 18. Once room was booked, I received a contacted that stated you have to 25 to check in. I tried to cancel right way they would not cancel my booking with a refund due even though they misrepresentation of age requirements. I message several times with no response from the hotel; I went through dispute with Expedia and got no response from them either after they reached out to hotel also. 「We had a great stay here. Great room and location. Very clean. Loved that we only had to walk 2 min till we were on the white sand and soon were in the turquoise water. Loved the proximity to nearby towns if we wanted to staff communicated clearly and promptly. Would stay again!!」

「The condo was clean with just a touch of wear and tear on the flooring from my stay in 2022. The condo needs a better can opener. The location is perfect for trips to Freeport, hiking in the state forest and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. 」
