"Great design hotel. Cleaning staff did an excellent job, and were very polite, à la Japon. The hotel was quite a bit busier than we had expected, as it's on the outskirts of Tokyo, but we learned it serves Disneyland visitors. Perhaps that's why the service staff at the restaurant/bar seemed quite tired."

"The food was great, the room was nice and the facilities amazing. The Japanese staff were so nice and helpful but the reason for is less star is the lady at the front desk who was not Japanese was quite rude. Other than that this stay would have been 5 stars all round."
