「Clean, good size, had everything we needed. Stairs are steep if your older, location is solid but always some walking to station. Overall very good and good host would stay again!」

「Really enjoyed my stay here. This spot is a small 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area that is just rented out as a vacation rental, so I didn’t feel like I was in someone’s home using their personal things. I was here for the Tokyo Marathon, so I appreciated how quiet the area was. If you’re looking to be in the middle of the busting city, this might not be your jam, but it was perfect for what I needed in this particular stay. I would stay here again for sure.」

「We loved the room and the location was excellent. When we got out of the station, the street was full of people and it felt loud and a little too busy, but as we turned down the little street to get to the room, it was quiet and calm. Being so close to the subway was awesome and the room is still quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly and having the ability to do our laundry was a big help.」

「Overall it was a really great experience. We were really close to lots of stuff. The place was really comfortable. The AC was powerful so I was able to sleep pretty well. There was a futon and the dry. The washer machine was really nice and it was overall and great stay. Thank you so much」

「Four nights stay in Shin Okubo with two grown daughters and this place and the owner screwed our expectations. As we arrived the unit, the place was spotless we had zero issues accessing thanks to Sean's meticulous communications leading up to our stay. The locations is also the selling point for this place. less than the the five min walk from Shin Okubo Yamnote line station which ch is super convenient as a base to track to any of the main attractions in Tokyo. We'll definitely stay here...

「The apartment was clean and efficient. Owner was very communicative. Was near many restaurants and shops. My only complaint was the noise level. It is right off a main road, so we could hear sirens, horns, people yelling. I wore earplugs so it wasn’t too bad. It really was in the center of the action, and 1.5 blocks from a train stop. 」
