「It was a small room but very clean. The 3 minute walk to the beach was great as well as the proximity to Avon Pier I would definitely stay there again. I am thinking of staying with my daughter and granddaughter in late July.」

「From check-in to check-out everything was smooth and professional. The front desk was wonderful, I wish I remembered her name. i would recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway to Hatteras 」

「The property was centrally located and easy to find. Overall the room was nice, however we did have a colony of ants on the sink counter that trailed to the hair dryer. 」

「 April 26-29 2024……Awesome beachfront!!! Staff cleaning up from prior weeks storm which washed sand dunes into parking lot…. Accommodations were made for parking. Staff was working to remedy situation. Restaurants a short walk and grocery stores and bait store nearby a short drive by car…our room was a king with kitchenette accessible by 2 flights of stairs…. No elevators….basic kitchen supplies… dishes… pots toaster and coffee makers kerig and standard… no cutting board…soap and dish towel...

「The Villas are located in great location on Hatteras! Directly next door to Teachs Lair Marina and Hatteras Sol Restaurant. Rooms are very nicely appointed and very clean! They are in the process of exterior renovation and based on that portion they have completed it will be super nice when complete. I will be back to Villas next time I charter a fishing trip!」
