「We stayed 1 nite in room 7 lovely room and amazing shower room which is an old vault only downside is it does flood the whole area but was worth it bed was comfortable it doesn’t have phone network so be prepared to use there free WiFi also doesn’t have normal tv channels you have to sign into Netflix luckily we have Netflix so was easy to do wat really impressed us was def the shower area in room 7 it was awesome we will def return to room 7 if in Swindon :)」

「Lovely surprise! Our room was large, comfortable, and the decor was beautiful -- the photos do not do it justice. The location is perfect, right at the bottom of high street next to several historic sites and within easy walking distance of everything one would want to see in Winchester. The Japanese restaurant is fantastic. Make reservations as soon as you check in as it is not to be missed.」

「I was very nervous because it was my first overseas trip in a long time, but the staff were very kind and treated me and my son well. I stayed here to go to Highclere Castle, and they arranged a taxi for us, which was very helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Newbury. Thank you very much.」

"駐車料金込みと記載があったので、このホテルを選んだのに、実際には有料パーキングに停めるしかありませんでした。 記載の仕方を変えてください。 7台だけ優先的に駐車場があります。それ以外は近くの有料パーキングに駐車してください、と 書くべきです。 スタッフの最高のサービスがあり、部屋も暖かく、バスタブもあり、文句なく素晴らしいホテルでした。 I chose this hotel because it was listed as including parking, but in reality I had to park in a paid parking lot.
