"Room was very clean, welcoming staff, well located with fantastic views, a great nights sleep with a comfortable bed and good facilities. Only negatives, the room wasn’t ready despite after check in time, the reception did apologise and we had a drink but was a little inconvenient, and only had one dressing gown for two of us."

The complimentary mini bar is a nice touch and staff asked multiple times if we needed anything further. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. Great location for Tower Bridge and Borough Market and central enough to get to other areas like Covent Garden without too much trouble. "
