「It is on the motorway to London from Dover or channel tunnel. Very convinient as there is 24 hours cafe and shop next door. We were on the way to Legoland with 2 kids, and we found it very clean and comfortable. The service was also nice and family friendly. We will be happy to use the place again. Price is so reasonable!」

Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday. staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer. If it weren't for the kind gentleman...

「Excellent surroundings and a great place to stop over. The staff was wonderful and supportive. Overall, we were happy with the overall stay and the offered continental breakfast. Easy check in and out. Free overnight parking until 10 am in the morning and then paid parking if necessary.」

「The bed was sleepable after a night on the razz and it was quiet, shower was ok if a bit basic, the room on the whole wasn’t too bad, but the guy on reception was hard work, probably needs to find a career not in the hospitality industry, and the hotel looks like building site, £54 takes the sting out of it a bit, and that’s the only reason I’d stay there again, but sooner pay an extra couple of quid and stay at chain hotel, saying that, it’s under new management so hopefully a work in...

「The room was good for my one night stay over. Hotel was a a bit tired looking in places. Good for the price though and a delicious cooked to order English breakfast plus a selection of continental items too. Staff friendly.」

「No restaurant available as per the description and photos - I had planned to eat dinner after Check In but couldn't. Breakfast was in the reception area and not very comfortable. On check in, I was asked what time I wanted my 'full English' - not ideal being held to a time. Full English didn't have standard bacon - it was non pork Turkish bacon which I should have been told about. I only ate half the breakfast, and I was only offered the cooked breakfast (with some fruit and toast). Bed...

「Far too hot to sleep in, handheld fans will not blow hot air around a room so really uncomfortable Shower water pressure was awful. You’d get a better shower in fine rain.」

A great place to stay for a short break, clean rooms, comfortable beds, unlimited breakfast. Good value for money, 15 min walk to bus services from road behind hotel to station and shopping centre. I would definitely stay here again.」
