"The front could do with a little face lift...what was advertised was the renovations at the back...our rooms were at the front
The breakfast was enough...didnt like others touching by bread though
The rooms were spacious and clean enough ..I did my usual cleaning
We had to put down a deposit of 400 pounds...which we were told would be refunded back to our a/c...we didnt receive everything back (short $21.16)...not sure if its the conversion from pounds back to Canadian dollars

"I had to leave a review because other reviews don’t do the place any justice. I put 3 men into 3 rooms here. They were really nervous because the reviews weren’t to good.
When they checked in and got settled, I never heard off them all week.
At the end of the stay, they said it was the best room they had in a long time bear in mind they stay away most year around.
They said the rooms were very clean, the facilities in the room were perfect and they had shed loads of shops in close proximity....

"I booked this property and was told that there was a cleaning charge after I’ve booked it nowhere on the ad was this listed? The cleaning fee was material in context of the room.
I tried through Hotels.com to get the situation resolved, but to no luck. I feel it’s quite underhanded that they did this and it ’s an extra way to make money. Disappointing also from Hotels.com that a supplemental fee like this was allowed but not advertised."
