"Check in was super easy and they even have a bag check so if you arrive before Check-in you can go walk the city without having to bring your luggage everywhere. The concierge was very friendly and he even remembered my name after coming back to check in once our room was ready. The staff who cleans the rooms was very friendly as well and always said hello/good morning. We would recommend the Wade to any of our friends and family who visit Chicago!
Very easy walk to the Navy Pier and the beach and just a few blocks from the Magnificent Mile."
"Staff was amazing. Alex at the front desk made check-in easy and was helpful with information. Arturo at the door was always welcoming and helped with getting a taxi. Hotel room was large and very clean with an amazing view of the city. Very comfortable bed. Highly recommend this hotel!"
"Deluxe room was nice, but it was noisy. We were right across from the ice machine and employee closet and we heard talking and the door shutting all night. "
