"This property is really nice and clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is newly remodeled, with new furnishings. It is located in one of the smaller buildings so there are no long waits for elevators etc. We will be repeat customers!"

"The condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again!! There are a couple of complaints though- With the unit, the ice maker on the refrigerator doesn’t work, there is an ice maker in the laundry room but it was so black and mildewed that we only used it for ice in the coolers, it needs to be cleaned really bad. We had to buy bagged ice for drinks. As for the complex, there are 2 elevators and 1 was out the first 4 days we were there. As for property management, you can’t call and talk to anybody, your communication is strictly email. A unit 3 floors above us flooded and water was coming in our bathroom ceiling around the light fixture and the exhaust fan and there was no way to contact them. Management did eventually make rounds and came to see if we had any issues because of the flooding. "

"Walking distance to the beach access. So close that we were comfortable enough to let the teens teens walk with the smaller kids. Not to far from all other places like St Andrew’s State park and the pier. For the location and amount of space, it was a great value for us. Very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We had some minor issues with the stove and water because we were the first to stay there, however property management sent someone out right away and the issues were fixed. I wished they would have had a grill and provided some beach towels. No biggies, we still managed to enjoy the place and would stay there again. "

"The house was beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. The location is a bit noisy at night with the bar across the street. However still great location to get to all the near by attractions. The grill on the deck is not useable it’s so rusty the grates are falling apart I could not use it. The pool was nice and just the right size. You can’t beat being able to walk right out to the beach and play. We also loved the balconies. "
