「Gonzalo was kind and helpful. Beautiful views. Heads up: Google maps chooses the shortest route which takes you though an narrow alley way and up an unpaved hill which is not recommended. Make sure to go around what seems to be the back way, but it actually takes you to the front entrance. The name Casa Escondida (Hidden House) is perfect for this place.」

「We had quite mixed feelings about our stay here. First of all the fact that you can only check in between 14 and 18 didn’t say in our confirmation email. I can see that it says in the app but it’s not stated everywhere. We arrived at 20.30 after we had to spend some time at the airport filing reports for lost luggage. The place is kind of secret without any signs or anything. We asked around in the neighborhood about where it was but nobody had heard about it. After trying three different...

「場所が便利な所にあり、わかりやすいです。 角を曲がるとすぐにマクドナルドがあるので、もし迷子（なる確率は少ない）や 待ち合わせする時に最適な場所です。 メルカドや他の場所にも近いです。 ホテルはトイレとシャワー室が多少狭いですが、電気シャワーですが きちんとお湯もでました。 入り口にはお水の用意もあるので購入を忘れても大丈夫です。 Wi-Fi無料であるので、部屋でも出来るので大変助かりました。」

「Fácil de encontrar, aunque habia mucha caca en la calle del hotel. Al entrar, estuvo normal. Las habitaciones se veian sucias pero pasables. Mi cobertura de almohada tenia sangre, aunque dijeron que eran manchas de pintura, pero igual que raro? jaja. el reloj no servia. La tele tenia mala senal. El bano funcional y decente, no se veia sucio. Es un buen lugar solo para dormir y nada mas. Comparando los precios con el servicio que he recibido en Antigua, no vale.」

「This property does not communicate. They say they offer airport shuttle service, but you cannot coonect with the to book it. They do not respond to messages through Expedia Help, and they do not answer the phone on Expedia help. They have a limited window to check in. They obviouslu have no interest in guest service!」
