"I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was quaint, had a beautiful atrium filled with plants, and an amazing rooftop view of the volcanoes. The property was very well maintained, I always noticed a lot of staff present keeping everything clean. The front desk staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. My room was perfect for what I needed. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great and bathroom was very clean. The location is also excellent if you are a first time visitor. Everything is very close and walkable. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Everything was great. However, I think there are just two things that could use some improvement. First, the water temperature in the shower was impossible to control; I nearly scalded myself with the hot water. Second, when I ordered food at the bar in the afternoon (I had the sushi), the dish looked nothing like the photo, and the rice was undercooked—it was quite unappetizing. That said, if I travel to this area again in the future, I would certainly stay here once more. The service was excellent, and the staff members were very friendly."

Bathroom shower sprayed water all over the room so you couldn’t keep your towel or clothes in there or get dressed easily in there (we were sharing with a group so needed to change separately). There is a nice view of Fuego from the upstairs balcony where we saw it erupt several times which was cool."
