「このサイトの地図での表示は間違ってます。カテドラルの脇だと思っていたのに、行ってみたら、そこから5分以上歩く場所でした。フロントの人は、簡単な英語しか話せません。しかも朝は9時ごろから夜は7時ごろまでしか開いていませんので、早朝のチェックアウトの時に困りました。左右の部屋の声は筒抜けです。窓は皆無と言っていいほどなく、雨が降っているのも気づきません。キッチンは、コーヒーメーカーはあっても、フィルターの紙さえも、自分で購入しなければなりません。洗濯機で使う洗剤を買いたくても、10分ぐらい歩いてスーパーに行かなければありません。フロントは、チェックインやチェックアウトをするだけです。」

「1. Unclear that the listing was for a separate location, not the hotel location. 2. Communication was not timely and stock messages were sent out asking for information that was already shared. 3. We were asked to let them know when we were 10 minutes away so they would have a person from their company let us in. We did so . Their guy didn't show up for nearly an hour, so we just waited in a lobby, after a security guy took pity on us seeing us waiting outside. 4. No info on wifi password so...
