「I loved it, this hotel has been owned by different hotel chains but I must say SPARK? Best one yet. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly & attentive. Can’t wait to visit again.」

「I liked th ocean view from the property. The ocean smeall and the sound of the waves were unique. The decoration and the air conditioner was a plus. I will recommend this place to my family and friend.」

「Me encantó que es PET friendly. Los empleados muy amables, aunque muy pocos empleados para tanto trabajo. El desayuno muy bueno. La cabaña cómoda, las camas cómodas. El baño tenía cucarachas y el drenaje de la ducha estaba lleno de pelo viejo. Poco alumbrado por la noche y no hay guardia de seguridad ni ningún empleado después de las 8 pm.」

「The room was somewhat clean, but the coffee pot was dirty. There were no batteries in the safe. The only furniture in the room was a bed. We asked for a suitcase stand, and one was provided. We said the room was very cold, but the temperature control was locked. Someone from the desk arrived with a key to open the thermostat to change the temperature, asking what temperature we wanted, then locked it again. The register near the ceiling blew cold air on the bed all night. By morning, we couldn't...

「Lugar tranquilo, relajante y con buena música. Deben mejorar la variedad en el desayuno. Además, mejorar la supervisión en el area de la piscina para que los niños no se tiren. Aumentar el personal en el área de la barra. Mejorar la limpieza de las escaleras interiores.」

「The area where the hotel was looked abandoned however there was a nice beach within minutes near. The staff was friendly accommodating and the room we had was an upgraded room with a jacuzzi. It was clean quiet and perfect for the location as we had a wedding 15 min away at the Villa. Keep in mind it’s one hour away from the Airport however if you have something g to do in the area then this is perfect.」

「The room was clean and the beach was beautiful. The beach is very rocky in this area so we weren’t able to swim here. There is a large open air porch area on the bottom floor where we picnicked at for dinner and at breakfast there was orange juice and coffee and fruit provided for breakfast which was a pleasant surprise to us! The only complaint was the smell of weed at night.」

「Saludos El hotel no estaba mal en cuestión al servicio al cliente que fue excelente por la joven que nos recibió, su decoración estaba muy bonita , pero las facilidades dentro del cuarto no eran las adecuadas, primero los olores eran fuertes, al parecer las alfombras tenían un mal olor, el calentador agua nunca funcionó, las camas se sentía los alambres. De mi parte no vuelvo.」
