"This was a beautiful hotel with a kind and very attentive staff. Breakfast was superb and location was magical. And one day, after I had asked that the maid only do the bathroom (but she ended up doing the bed too as well as my clothes…which I didn’t want), the staff sent me a bottle of their amazing Port wine and delicious nata desserts as an apology. I loved this hotel! "

"The hotel is beautiful. The Front Desk staff, concierge and Door Person were all super nice and helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were not very friendly and some times down right snooty with the exception of Ricardo. Our room was beautiful and clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will recommend the hotel. I was super impressed with how lovely all the flowers in the main lobby were and how clean everything was. Super comfy bed too. Nice spa area. "

"Wonderful hotel, true 5 star experience. The service and attention to detail was very appreciated. Spa was lovely, 20m pool, steam and sauna, often you have this to yourself if you go at the right time. Breakfast was very good with an order to table menu and fresh juices. Note however the privacy is limited in the room with the shower in the room and clear toilet door."
