Located 800m from the historic center of Porto, next to the Faria Guimarães Metro station, it allows quick and easy access to the main sights of the city.
This private house, carefully decorated, was created for those who appreciate comfort and privacy combined with a warm and familiar atmosphere.
Completely refurbished, it has 4 bedrooms all with private bathroom, living and dining room, kitchen, garden and free WIFI network throughout the house.

Excellent all around!
Fernando’s home was excellently suited for our group of 6 adults. Each space was an oasis- complete with suites and private bathrooms. Fernando prepared for us an electronic guidebook of all things to see, places to eat, and services that we may need which was invaluable. Thank you Fernando, for welcoming us in your home! It was lovely!

Ideal Family Rental in a Great Location
We traveled with our 3 adult children and their significant others for a family trip. We all had our private space with the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroom combo. The location is ideal - walking distance to all sites and restaurants. Very Comfortable. Fernando, the host, was extremely helpful, great with communication and excited to guide us with suggestions on best places to see.

Perfect family rental
We traveled with our 3 adult children for a family vacation. With 4 bedroom/bath combos, it was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space! Fernando, our host, was meticulous with his check in process and had a thorough guide for our stay in Porto. Unfortunately our weather did not cooperate (rainy and cold) but the little outdoor space would’ve been perfect for an evening glass of wine. Overall, great location, easy walk to the center of town or easy Uber.

Perfect in Porto
This was a lovely property for a family reunion! We were 6 people. This place has 4 bedrooms with a bathroom in each one, which was awesome. The kitchen is well equipped and there is even a small private garden! Everything was impeccably clean and the property is modern (renovated recently) and comfortable. The host Fernando is very nice and super helpful. He provided maps and information on activities to do. It was really a perfect place!

Wonderful visit to Porto!
The property was excellent and Fernando was an amazing host! The home is in a nice location within walking distance to many of the sites in Porto. Fernando created a fantastic online guidebook that was extremely helpful! You can tell that Fernando takes great pride in his home and Porto! The home was wonderful with heaters in every room which were definitely appreciated since it was a cold week in Porto. It was a nice touch to have bottles of water by each bed. And we especially appreciated the great water pressure in the showers! Fernando was an extreme gracious host and was easily accessible by text. I would HIGHLY recommend his home!

Great host, clean, nice bedrooms
We arrived to find a clean home waiting for us. The host couldn’t have been better and we chose this place because each room had a private bath, which was great. The shower had amazing pressure, which was wonderful. There is a nice private outside area, however we were only able to use a little because of the time of year, chilly. The gathering area inside was small, but there were enough seats around the small tables, etc. In retrospect, I would have enjoyed being closer to where more was going on. We didn’t eat in at all, except for wine and cheese. There is a wonderful coffee shop nearby and we ate at a local rest next door, but everything else was a walk. Otherwise, it was very nice.
