The hotel was fine and was in a good location close to transport and China Town. Even though the room was ready, we were charged for an early check-in fee which is unlike other global hotels of this calibre.

Overall experience was good. Make sure to put the correct Carlton “ Carlton City Hotel” - there is another Carlton a few miles away.

really well located, mini supermarket opposite which is useful, it's on top of the metro. Room was spacious & modern. Bathroom was great and had nice toiletries & amenities kits. Hotel's design/interiors are very nice. Cons- Breakfast wasn't great, a bit limited and expensive for what it was. There are other options in the neighbourhood though.

Great property. Staff is wonderful. Area is very safe and short walk to Chinatown, hop on hop off stop and Maxwell metro station. Great dinning options all around. Hotel pool is good and so is the rooftop bar. I would definitely go back.
