「Staff was awesome during my stay!」

「We were greeted by Allie at the front desk who was super friendly and accommodating. We were very early and our room wasn’t quite ready so we were able to drop our luggage and enjoy the beach and the pool! And the great restaurant on site. Once in the room, we were impressed with how immaculate it was and how fresh and clean it smelled! The views were stunning! We sat on the deck and stared out over the ocean. 「キレイですが、お湯がイマイチです。出るときと出ないと時があります。スタッフを呼んで、対応してもらいましたが、時間によっては、冷たいシャワーになります。」

「マイアミ空港に夜23時頃到着しましたが、電話をしたらすぐに迎えに来てくれました。フロントスタッフの男性は非常にフレンドリーで親切にしてくれました。お部屋も広く、清潔。シャワーの水圧も問題なし。空港の近くですが騒音も気になりません。空港への送迎も30分事に出ているので大変たすかりした。マイアミに深夜到着の予定ならば、ぜひこちらのホテルをおすすめします。」

「スタッフも良かったし 綺麗にお掃除してありました 知ってはいましたが 廊下から話し声がかなり遅くなっても してました　わかっていたけど あまり遅くの時間だとね… 港までの送迎も時間通りだったし 空港からの送迎もあったみたい 利用できなかったけど 全般的に良かったです」

「隣地倉庫の騒音で明け方から寝られない。 朝食はコンチネンタルだがコーヒーメーカー壊れていてコーヒーもなし。」

「Staff was awesome. Rooms were not fancy but clean. Restaurant and bar very good. The real difference maker was the staff. From front desk, to bars, restaurants, tonthe beach. A+, 5 star. We will be back」
