"Hotel Carlton aces all the basics for a great price. The bed is comfy. Rooms are remodeled with mid-century decor. Plenty of towels, soaps, and tissues are provided. Every room has a fridge, and kettles are available by request. The staff is friendly too. The location is central, although you must know Found Hotel Carlton is on the edge of the tenderloin, so the homeless and local business conditions reflect that. Also yes, the walls are thin but it didn’t bother me. There are 9 floors, so I recommend requesting an end room on floor 6+. All in all, I highly recommend Found Hotel Carlton."

"Lovely stay. The staff was so friendly and provided excellent suggestions of things to do around town. There was an issue with overbooking and we did not get a king bedroom for 1 of the 2 nights we stayed. "
