"Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff"

"The staff was not hospitable in the least. I checked in and the front desk was all business. I got terribly lost finding my room because they added a building. After getting sufficiently lost and confused since the second floor rooms are in two different buildings, I had to haul my luggage back to the desk. I asked for help getting to the room, the bell desk guy starting pointing. When I asked him to show me he made sure to make me feel stupid for taking the wrong elevator on the right. Then he proceeded to walk me the whole way not offering to pull my luggage for me! Not once. I'm fact he walked ahead of me and then brought me to an elevator that looked like it was for freight. And the pool was closed for construction and I want notified. Hated my experience from start to finish. "

"Room was tiny. Nice to have a towel warmer, but accessible from shower so towel got cold before it could be used."

"Everything we did was within walking distance from the Hotel, the Pier, the Restaurants, the Shopping and the Shows. It was great to walk to everywhere in great weather conditions, not having to drive deal with traffic or parking. "

"Good proximity to shopping and transportation, Staff was helpful. my room was on the sixth floor. the noise was pretty awful. I didn't sleep very well. Sirens, screams trucks motorcycles roaring up Bush Street. "

"Came in for a solo trip. Originally was on the second floor. The room charming, a few things that stood out. One of the windows (smaller one) didn’t lock completely. The bathroom drain was a bit dirty. The second day in my trip, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling. Front desk was able to switch me very quickly on a busy, busy morning. I was moved to the 5th floor. Same sq footage. But much cleaner, windows locked completely, and there was a fire escape outside. I was able to chill out there for sunsets and sunrise. It was very pleasant. They provide complementary breakfast till 10am and complementary water, coffee, tea, and hot cocoas throughout the day. They kept it fully stocked. There’s an upstairs patio that’s surrounded by fences. They also had a mini gym. Overall great humble staffs. Will go again. "
