「The hotel is spotless and staff are friendly and hardworking. Room furniture is old style, yet perfectly functional, mattress was comfy and linen pristine. Junior suite is massve, we were told we had an upgrade however the suite we got is what we had booked. We went AI and while the selection wasnt massive, it more than met our needs. 「街から離れていたのもあり、退屈するのではないかと不安がありましたが、ホテル内のアクティビティ、食事、施設が充実しており、何よりオークルインクルーシブは退屈させませんでした。街へ行くにも無料のシャトルバスがあるし、テイデ山へ行くツアーも聞けば案内してくれました。食事は毎日飽きず、どれもとても美味しかったです。スタッフのサービスも良く、充実したあっという間の一時でした。また訪れたいです。」

「No reception available, no datas from the owner when I arrived. I had to contact Fewo to get in contact with the owner. Rots dirty small room for „4 persons“, old food from former guests in the ofen, insects in the kitchen part, bread crumbs and old blood on the very very old bed. No free space for my cloths. The cupboard was full of old towels, which did partly smell bad. Balcony door did not close, there was always a very loud and uncomfortable draft. Curtans and balkony very dirty. WC cistern...

「深夜のチェックインでしたが、事前にWhatsapp経由でキーボックスの開け方の連絡があったので問題なく入れました。 テネリフェ南空港着の最終便でしたが、空港から路線バスがあります。ただしLos Cristianosのバス停から10分位歩きます。 部屋は小さいですが寝るだけなら全く問題なしです。それ以上に安い。」
