「Everything was perfect room staff and food」

「Spacious clean and well maintained bedrooms at the Quay. The staff are friendly and attentive and the breakfast has a lot of choice and is very good. We didn’t use the spa so I’ve no comment to add.」

「good hotel. I had good rest while I stayed there. but actually they have no parking as their property. but we could park our rental car on the road around the hotel, and most of tourists were did so. single rooms are bit narrow. but not so unconvinient. perhaps reserve again if I have a chance to visit there.」

「The bathroom was stinky Sea gulls attacking the window」

「Charming little hotel on the seaside promenade. Spacious rooms, a cosy "snug lounge" to read or have tea, coffee or other. Nice dining room, with a choice of free continental breakfast (which includes fresh baked croissants, cereal, toat, juice yogurt, and tea or coffee) or a full breakfast for a reasonable cost. The dining room is also open for lunch and dinner, and the food is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful, and as a solo traveler, i felt very comfortable.」

「Outstanding in every way, we would definitely stay again.」

「What a wonderful place to stay in Llandudno! Perfect location. The hot English breakfast choices were a great way to start the day.」

「We only stayed one night but enjoyed the hotel. We had a huge wet room that was almost half the size of the bedroom.」

「Amazing hotel. Very clean and staff was amazing. Highly recommended.」

「Property was clean. Quite dated in places, but cosy. Cutlery and glasses in bar and restaurant often dirty」
