The hotel is a nice comfortable place,the staff are well presented and polite,the breakfast is amazing. The only thing that disappointed me was the bedroom was very small and in need of an upgrade.

Great stay

Stayed for 2 nights over the easter weekend, the rooms have been done to a good standard. Bedrooms are now more modern,, comfy beds and a lovely buffet breakfast, would recommend a stay, Also got there early and managed to grab a free parking space round the back

A short break from reallity.

Very friendly and clean, comfortable room, very good breakfast. Comfortable bar with excellent barman Sergio. Free car park although not very big . Handy for everything there is to do in Llandudno. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Loved it. Only negative in room 210 was the toilet is very odd. It feels like you’re 6 feet off the ground and also when exiting the shower the doors opens straight towards the toilet. Very small bathroom but apart from that we loved everything.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Hotel is clean and hospitality was great. Location of the hotel is near High Street so it is a real plus and had a nice view from hotel room as it was facing the sea.

Fantastic was in room 303? and room was spotless. Check in was easy (someone at the desk checks you in) and breakfast was great. Staff friendly polite and let you get on with things so couldn't ask for anything more.

Small room with double & single beds. Tiny window!

Check in was fine. Room was smaller than anticipated. My partner felt it was claustrophobic. She asked for assistance - the lady on reception was helpful. We were moved to a larger room with a better sea view three days later. All took a lot of time though when we should be enjoying our holiday. I mean - we couldn't really unpack properly knowing we were going to be moved in three days. This booking for one of the best rooms was made more than six months in advance. We paid for a room with a sea view - well it was a sea view through a small window. Not really what we expected.

The hotel is ok right in front of the beach alongside with many other hotels. Great location. Breakfast buffet are good and convenient for the morning start. All toiletries are supplied better than the chain hotels. Rubbish got emptied daily. Happy with the staying.

Short mid week break

Hotel location was within easy walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. There is free parking, but limited. The entrance to the hotel car park is on the smaller side, so if driving a bigger car, might find it hard to get in. The room and shower/toilet was clean. However, the size of the room and shower/toilet was on the smaller side, so, if one is plus sized, might feel less comfortable. There is a lift to get to the different floors, however, it is on the small side as well. There are split levels on the floor, so, if one finds it difficult to manage stairs/steps then some of the rooms may not be so easily accessible. The breakfast served each day was ample and buffet style. There was the usual items for a full English breakfast along with a small selection of cold meats, fruit and yoghurt and cereals. The free wifi was wonderful
