We were a bit sceptical about Hurghada after reading some bad reviews and people’s scaremongering, but we had the best experience which exceeded our expectations. From the food, to the facilities, pool and staff. Everything was 10/10. Would definitely return and recommend JAZ!!"

We had a misunderstanding with couple of the independent businesses onsite, and I was impressed that the hotel advocated for us and solved the problem for us. I felt super safe. Thank you. "Spacious room and comfy bed. The bathroom flooded from the shower thou and it was noisy at night from the ACs. The ladies at reception were very helpful and polite. The agreement with the beach club is good for pool and beach access and with Ollies restaurant to have a small discount. Good pricing for what it offers. I would recommend and go back."
