「Incredible hotel and location, Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were the highlight of the stay, everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond for our stay including an out of hours sandwich being made even though kitchen was closed due to our late arrival. Breakfast was tasty and included a large selection. Sadly due to our timings we were unable to experience the SPA but we will be returning for this.」

「Due to an unforeseen incident, I had to check out and leave without being able to use the spa. When I told the hotel that I was unable to use the spa, they kindly refunded the amount. The staff were very friendly and professional during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!」

「Great little hotel, restaurant was fantastic as was the gelato shop on the 1st floor. Right by the river and was very comfortable.」

「Personeel waren top, hotel en kamers waren schoon netjes」

「We stayed here for two nights after flying into Bergamo and before driving to Lake Como. Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Nice way to chill by the pool with a cool drink and delicious lunch, then relax in the very spacious bedroom. Lovely artwork throughout the hotel made the place feel different from a usual chain hotel. 15 minute walk into the historic town Ponte San Pietro where we’d recommend the Pizzeria Mora.」

「Overall excellent place to stay. I only have v minor issues which are probably more personal preference than anything. Shower flooded the whole bathroom on every use, air con was so noisy all night and pool could have used a clean to remove dead leaves. Other than that a wonderful place to stay」

「The residence is around 25–30 minutes above Lecco and offers stunning scenery, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, and a freshly cooked breakfast made to order. The online reviews are accurate, and both the hotel and previous guests strongly recommend travelling by car, as taxis can cost €35–45 each way and many firms are reluctant to travel up to the property. Returning after a day exploring the area and watching the sunset from high above was truly relaxing. One thing to note is that the...
