「ベルガモ駅から歩きはかなり遠い。景色はそこまで期待したほどよくなく、ドミトリーは病院みたいな雰囲気の部屋だった。近くに3番のバスはあるが、そのバスは駅には行かないから注意。駅に行く場合は、ホステルの山を10分下ったところに6番のバス停がある。かなり不便なので時間が無い人にはおすすめしません。ランドリーは別途5€と高い。」

"When I checked in, there was an error on the bill and the staff's English was poor. The door handle was broken so I couldn't get into my room. When I moved to another room, the toilet was dirty. The phone was broken and the security box didn't work. This was the worst Mercure hotel I've ever stayed at."
