「We picked this mostly for its central location and relatively low price during a holiday week, but I should have reminded myself that you get what you pay for. (My husband came a few days ahead of me and stayed in a pet-friendly high rise condo right on Cesar Chavez, with a gorgeous view, which was in better shape and cheaper than this, though.)Overall it was fine for a few nights but badly needs new baseboards and fresh paint, and a deep clean. Also the remote was missing the volume button so...

The unit I got smelled of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant, I notified the host immediately just to inform them so I wouldn’t be charged for smoking in the unit, and they assured me I would not be. There was a huge dumpster right outside the unit, very loud when they came to empty it, woke me from my sleep. 」

「Great location, close to the airport, COTA, and downtown. Host was great and we parked our rented motorcycles inside the secure gated courtyard. Worked out awesome! 」

「We had an amazing weekend here. The location is great if you want to walk South Congress, it's also really close to the bat observation center. It would've been nice for the fan to work in the bedroom, however, it was mentioned in the description that it was just a light. Would definitely book again. 」

「Jacob communicated with us b4 & during our stay. We had everything provided in the unit that we needed. Unit was clean, spacious, and close to anything you might have needed while visiting the area. We will definitely utilize this condo again in the future while visiting our son and his family. 」
