"10/10 recommend! From airport pickup, to doorman, seamless check-in, cleaning staff, and food service reps - the entire staff was phenomenal! I stayed here for 20 days. Had multiple items from the menu (room service, 2nd floor café, and rooftop skybar) all excellent! I can't rave enough about the food! I tried almost everything on the extensive menu, the food was fresh and expertly prepared/presented. The variety of drinks from non alcoholic to spirits/beer were great. I stayed on the 10th floor so the shower water pressure was low but the temperature was good. The TV remote didnt work great but it was functional enough that I didnt report it. The wifi was adequate for my needs the wntire stay. Anytime I requested more water or toiletries, the staff delivered it within minutes & always with a warm smile. The views from the sky bar almost gave a 360 of Cebu, I took a ton of pictures. Dining on the roof at night is an experience you want. Kiddos to the owner and staff! I've traveled around the world and this little hotel stands up against some of the higher priced places I've stayed. 100% recommend and I will definitely stay here again!"

"The breakfast menu had variety of foods. However when I asked to be placed on a room not close to the road, I was told standard room is located where the road is which she assumed that it was listed on the description. First room they gave us , the a/c was not working. They gave us the next room which is mallee and the sink wasn’t draining properly. "
