"10/10 recommend! From airport pickup, to doorman, seamless check-in, cleaning staff, and food service reps - the entire staff was phenomenal! I stayed here for 20 days. Had multiple items from the menu (room service, 2nd floor café, and rooftop skybar) all excellent! I can't rave enough about the food! I tried almost everything on the extensive menu, the food was fresh and expertly prepared/presented. The variety of drinks from non alcoholic to spirits/beer were great. I stayed on the 10th floor so the shower water pressure was low but the temperature was good. The TV remote didnt work great but it was functional enough that I didnt report it. The wifi was adequate for my needs the wntire stay. Anytime I requested more water or toiletries, the staff delivered it within minutes & always with a warm smile. The views from the sky bar almost gave a 360 of Cebu, I took a ton of pictures. Dining on the roof at night is an experience you want. Kiddos to the owner and staff! I've traveled around the world and this little hotel stands up against some of the higher priced places I've stayed. 100% recommend and I will definitely stay here again!"

"First of all, the worst thing about this hotel is that towels and bed sheets are far from clean, they are not white anymore nor do they smell fresh, I was disgusted sleeping in the bed , I felt like someone had slept in it, the other issue was the rooster, my goodness, roosters start at 3:30 am and do not stop at all, you can not possibly have a good night sleep even with a sleeping pill. I will never comeback even even if it is one night before a flight or even for a few hours before a flight "

"My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a wonderful time! I enjoyed the breakfast and the access to drinking water in the hall was a huge bonus. The airport pickup was seamless too. I was picked up right as soon as I had gone outside which is very fast."

"I had a few issues with my room, the cabinets were old and worn, a few roaches were in the bathroom and it smelled like bug spray was used. Would not recommend. The toilet seat had to be repaired and it didn’t flush properly, but they did fix it….. I booked for 13 days, but only stayed overnight once out twice with a friend. Breakfast was ok, I had fried chick with eggs and rice… average taste. "

"Was happy with my stay at this apartelle, I find it cozy and convenient. Very spacious room, they only have like 2 beds in one big room which I like it gives me plenty of time to relax and roam around, they provide free toiletries too. Overall, I like the convenience since its near to all the places you want to go like mall, laundry shop and beauty shops. Tho, its quite noisy since it's located on the busy street, but I didnt have problem with it. The apartelle is located on the 3rd floor, no lift just stairs. They do a have mini kitchen but it would be nice if you have option to cook as well! Kudos to the staff, who is ready to help and assist. "
